Short-term analysis for Preliminary Feasibility Studies for Low-Carbon (Blue) Hydrogen Options in MSK Kikinda

The new draft of the Law on Energy envisages developing the Strategy for the Development and Use of Hydrogen (Article 3, 8g), recognizing hydrogen as a strategic energy source with the aim of reducing GHG emissions.

MSK Kikinda is initiating the first stage of a preliminary feasibility study focused on low-carbon hydrogen production and its integration with the decarbonization efforts at MSK Kikinda. This short-term analysis aims to evaluate innovative technological solutions, market procurement conditions, financial assessment, and socio-economic impacts associated with low-carbon hydrogen production in this part of Serbia.

Funding has been secured for this initial phase of Study, which will provide critical insights to guide potential investment decisions for task's continuation.
