Sustainability

Sustainable growth implies the establishment of harmonious relationship among environmental protection, economy and social development, in order to preserve the natural resources of our planet for the future generations. In 1987 UN Commission defined thus the principles of sustainable growth. Since then, the notion of sustainable growth has become one of key principles of modern business practice.

The transparency in business practice, rational use of resources, the investment in our personnel trainings, advanced trainings, our employees safety and health, social infrastructure, the responsible relation towards environmental protection, preventive measures and timely reaction in case of incidents and accidents, the responsibility towards our community and its needs, are the basics of sustainable growth principle which is applied by us.

The results of our efforts in order to achieve the best possible results in sustainable growth are submitted for consideration to all the interested parties through our Annual Performance Report.
