REACH

With the aim to meet the requirements of our esteemed clients who are at the territory of European Unity, and facilitate the fulfillment of obligations given to them by the publishment of Regulation No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (abbreviation REACH), MSK a.d. Kikinda has engaged the German company UMCO GmbH as its representatiave (Only Representative) who undertakes all the rights and obligations according to Article 8 REACH Regulation.

Using the possibility to carry out the phase-in registration, UMCO GmbH carried out the pre-registration and afterwards the registration of our products, i.e. Acetic Acid and Methanol, for the yearly quantities exceeding 1,000 tons.

Since 30.11.2010 all our customers from European Unity are exempt from the charges and transactions referring the registration of imports of our products with the European Chemicals Agency. For them, our customers from European Unity, UMCO GmbH prepares Safety Data Sheet (EC SDS) in accordance with European regulations.
